We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders over $45.00 via USPS and UPS.

For orders under $45 we charge a flat rate of $2.99!
$14.95 flat rate for all international countries we ship to worldwide.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) and 10-15 business days internationally of purchase. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Ship to S.Korea we offer $9.00 shipping on all orders and free shipping over $95.00 via Hanjin Express. Orders can be tracked at https://www.hanjin.co.kr/Delivery_html/inquiry/personal_inquiry.jsp (The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the S.Korea is 3-6 days)
RETURN POLICY
It is important to us that you love your LOOA | ANELA REVESE purchase and are thrilled with our service. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 7 days* of the ship date for a full refund or credit. please contact us promptly at info@anelarevese.com to see if we can resolve your concern. If not, we will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will allow you to send your item(s) back to us. We will provide you with the return address at that time. EXCEPTIONS: Personalized pieces are handmade to order and FINAL SALE ONLY. Returns that are damaged or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without a refund. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We do not refund shipping charges on return items, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
